Whether you are engaging us to draft your Estate Planning documents (i.e., Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directives), to create a business entity for you, or to probate the estate of a loved one (with or without a Will), there is certain information that is vital to our representation. With the worksheets linked below, we have ask you to provide the basic information that we will need to efficiently represent you.
Please take some time to complete the appropriate worksheet to the best of your knowledge prior to your appointment and bring it with you to your initial consultation. Simple Will "Express" Packages:
Some clients do not require extensive estate tax planning and have relatively straightforward financial affairs and simple wishes regarding where their property will go (i.e., to spouse then to children, etc.). For those clients whose planning does not require estate tax planning (i.e., estates under $1,000,000 inclusive of cash stocks, bonds, real estate, and life insurance), or trusts for minors, we are able to offer a Simple Will Packages at reduced transactional fees (Extra charges will apply for the addition of trust provisions to your Wills, specific bequests, or other extra provisions on a case by case basis to be determined with the attorney) . If you do not fall into the "simple package" category, you may contact us regarding traditional estate planning.
